Spaghetti Sauce

2 Lg.Cans Tomato sauce
2 Lg.Cans Tomato Puree
1 Lg. Can Tomato Paste
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Lg. Onion
2 Green Peppers
1.5 Lbs Mushrooms
2 packs Sausage
2 packs Ground Beef

Oil bottom of pan add garlic, sausage and beef till cooked then add rest of ingredients: salt, parsley, oregano, pepper, and basil.

Serve over pasta noodles

Hearts Of Romaine

1 Gallon soy bean oil 1 qt soy bean oil
2/3 Gallon red wine 20oz red wine
1C paprika 1/4c paprika
2C sugar 1/2c sugar
1C salt 1/4c salt / to taste
1 bottle lea perrins sauce ¼ lea perrins sauce
2C mustard 1/4c mustard
1C garlic 1/4c garlic
1C blk pepper 1/4c blk pepper
4 blks blue cheese 2 blks blue cheese

FULL RECIPE PARTIAL RECIPE

Serve over hearts of romaine, with sliced avocado, black olives and anchovies.

Tommy Boy Pizza Crust (Cass)

Lg deep pan greased

5 c flour
2 c luke warm water
2 paks yeast
1 t sugar
LET RISE 3 HRS

Makes two crusts

Spread corn meal on pizza tin before to prevent sticking

Chili Colorado

Serves 18 people

10 lb pork shoulder butt boneless
7 – 28 oz stewed tomatoes
8 lg diced green chiles
4 white onions
4 lg sliced olives
6 T cumin
2 t pepper
3 t chile powder
12 cloves garlic
2 cans of el pato (duck sauce)

Dice and brown pork in large pan then drain.
Sauté onions
In large pot, all ingredients simmer for about ½ hour then serve

Refried beans, Spanish rice, flour tortillas

Strawberry Salad

6 people

1 ½ c sugar
4 T poppy seeds
2 ½ c mayo
¾ c milk
6 T vinegar
2 Green Leaf Lettuce
1 Romaine
1 Med red onion
3 lb strawberry’s

Chop all lettuce and onion
Mix all other ingredients
Wash and slice strawberries place into salad

Griffin's Herb/Garlic Chicken

(20 people)

20 Chicken breasts
4 packs of herb/garlic seasoning (good seasons)
3 c mayo
3 c parmasean cheese
Italian bread crumbs

Mix together seasoning, mayo and cheese into a paste and coat the tops of breasts

Sprinkle bread crumbs lightly over chicken and Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
