6 Baked potatoes
6 T melted butter
6 T chopped herbs – parsley,chives,thyme
6 T grated cheese
5 T parmesan cheese
Prep:
Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices not all the way thru, use a spoon to prevent cutting thru.
Place on baking dish and fan them slightly
Sprinkle them with salt, butter and herbs
Bake potatoes at 425 F for 50 min.
Remove from oven add cheeses
Bake for another 10 min.or until soft inside.
